PGE is make of PTFE seal ring and O-ring. It is used for double acting sealing of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. Due to adopting special modified PTFE material, it can guarantee excellent low friction, wear resistance, extrusion resistance, high-temperature resistance and Chemical resistance. PGE is a very effective and reliable low friction seal. It is particularly suitable as a piston seal in high pressure and low pressure systems. It contains a PTFE ring that is reinforced with creep-resistant additives and preloaded through O-rings to be effective over the recommended working pressure range. As the pressure increases, the O-ring deforms and presses the PTFE ring against the tube wall, increasing the sealing force and sealing effect. Since only the PTFE ring is in contact with the sliding surface, the friction is very low and the stick-slip motion is eliminated.
